is there a sort of standard size for the headstock. mine is 165mm long x 63mm dia. to take 55mm x 35mm bearings.

One thing to remember when sorting out the headstock..make sure that there are  a couple of cut outs in the 'shoulder' where the bearing sits,to allow for a drift to be passed down from the opposite end of headstock and be placed in the notch to knock out the bearing outer ring .I didnt ,and had to spend quite a while very carefully cutting out the outer ring with a dremmel and a cutting wheel. I broke about 30 wheels making several cuts, before it finally came out!

Hi zak yes that is the bearing size.i know were i can get some.its the yokes stem to fit the 35mm part i having trouble with
