Title: XS 650 Hardtail frame on EBay
Post by: voodoo on January 25, 2011, 10:59:08 PM
Just spotted this while hunting down some parts....Voodoo...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Yamaha-XS650-xs-650-Cycle-Haven-Custom-Frame-and-yokes-/200568427799?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item2eb2cf5517

I am tempted to bid as I could use the Yokes and have a spare frame to build up eventually lol

Coo, a Cycle Haven hardtail frame. I had one of those. Cycle Haven was a custom bike shop in Great Bookham, Surrey, about 10 miles from where I now live. Long since closed down, but their products were good quality. Only 70 odd quid for frame & forks at the moment, with 4 days left to go.

Cycle Haven, that takes me back...................... remember visiting their shop (just behind the petrol station). Didn't they used to have one page ads on the back page BSH ???

If that's who I'm thinking off, I was told the Kwaks in the ad were built by a chap I knew from when he was at school by the name of Mark who used to run A&H Performance Cycles at Ash, a very talented Kawasaki mechanic and general engineer....... nice bloke too
