Title: Tyre tread. Post by: Manky Monkey on June 26, 2006, 10:53:41 PM Was admiring Janie_Postie's cruiser bicycle the other day & noticed it's got flame patterned tyre treads -how cool would that look on a big fat pair of trike tyres. :D
Title: Re: Tyre tread. Post by: ByzMax on June 26, 2006, 10:54:37 PM Coooooool ;D
Title: Re: Tyre tread. Post by: Manky Monkey on June 26, 2006, 11:02:07 PM No grip whatsoever but you'd look pretty cool as you skate across the road on it! Apparently they do an Ed Roth tribute bike in metallic lime green, a hotrod one in matt black & flames with red rims & whitewalls, etc. 300 quid though. I don't usually pay that much for motorbikes, let alone pushbikes!
Title: Re: Tyre tread. Post by: ByzMax on June 26, 2006, 11:11:11 PM Ow much :o
Blimey that's steep! and you can't even use parts of it to build a trike ;D Title: Re: Tyre tread. Post by: Manky Monkey on June 26, 2006, 11:16:12 PM I think they do a chopped one with extended forks too! See loads of 'em at the hotrod meets & drag races. There's a whole subculture just for custom pedal bikes.

Post by: Manky Monkey on June 28, 2006, 09:43:47 PM The same site had a miniature machine gun video a little while ago. Fully functioning. About 6 inches long, mounted on a tripod. No idea what ammo it used but pretty impressive!
