To me the spoke shape says Yamaha, single disc suggests it not a 'big' motor (all 900 and post '98 ish 600 divis had twin disc). Piccie from this ebay fore-sale http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-YAMAHA-XJ-600-S-DIVERSION-BLUE-GIVI-TOP-BOX-/320638748404?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item4aa78f06f4 Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: voodoo on January 12, 2011, 01:26:19 AM My Yam TDM 850 front end is very similar to yours...same 3 spoke wheel and mudguard.....Voodoo....

Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: nabsim on January 14, 2011, 01:57:40 PM The way the mudgaurd splits with the metal brace part above and the look of them is very similar to my Kwaka ZZR11 ones, think mine ar bigger than 41mm legs though but will check
Actually the top yoke on yours is different from mine, mine are stepped to take seperate bars each side not one piece. May be a different Kwaka? Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: graffian on January 20, 2011, 10:24:27 PM First thought was FJ11.
Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: JonnoSkye83 on March 06, 2011, 01:37:10 AM i was going to suggest kwak zzr-600 (d series) as i had one and these look similar... however... zzr's had twin front discs...

Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: trikerpete on March 12, 2011, 03:42:59 PM Finally got around to having closer look at these forks and its says "Suzuki" on the wheel. Also looked at the headstock bearings and they are marked "32005X" on TOP one & "32006JR" on the BOTTOM one. Im still none the wiser as to what model/year bike these are from ::) :) Any suggestions?

Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: JonnoSkye83 on March 12, 2011, 04:09:23 PM single disc brake suggests to me 600 rather than 1200 but then again...

Title: Re: todays quiz... does anyone know what these are off of Post by: hunter on March 13, 2011, 01:00:37 AM The GS550 has twin discs,so does the GSX550,
The gs 500 has the same disc pattern as pete's but the disc is mounted on the other side, plus handlebars on all models are clip-on type, and are mounted above the top yoke.
