Post by: Urban Terrorist on June 17, 2006, 07:39:33 PM
That's right, just been doing some work on the chop, got to get paint tomorrow for the frame and get it sprayed in the evening. Yep, hopefully it'll be a rolling chassis by the end of the week ;D

U/T believe it or not, I LOVE ratbikes. The problem with putting just one nice part on a bike, is that the rest of it has to match. My car is brush-painted in Dulux Vinyl-matt emulsion.

Cool!! One day, we'll have to meet up for a beer , you'll find i ain't a bad old stick;D
The chop was meant to be a nice shiny bike, mainly to show I can build nice bikes ;D But that's gone out of the window now ;D

Pencilled in my diary, UT. If you're ever in Norfolk.
Manky, you old duffer, you should know that Vinyl-silk emulsion is washable.

I do DIY about as much as I do camping!  ;D
Can I join you two for that drink?

Of course you can. Both of you. Oh great Manky one, do you have my address? Maybe we could get our great one, the mighty Yoda, to join us for a gentlemanly tipple?

Yodie's just finished rebuilding JW Motorcycles' website -it's in the Links page.
Maybe we should have a convention of his website protoges -there'd be enough of us to hold our own rally!

I ordered my oil filter from Wemoto by post the other day cos I worked out it was cheaper than going to a shop to get it!

Odered it online at about 1150am one day and it arived by post 1030 next day - and the postage was only £1.

I call that service!

I always knock with a parcel even if its raining!  Unless I know the customer well and they've asked me to leave it in a certain place.  Quite often I've come home and found packets shoved halfway through the letterbox for all to see as they've walked past.  It really annoys me.  Or they've just left them on the doorstep for anyone to take.  >:(

I deliver to Brookvale, the old Victorian terraced streets of Basingstoke -Coronation Street type houses. The letter boxes are all so tiny you can't get a postcard through them, let alone a parcel.
