ok so after i discovered a warp in my steel i had to cut 5mm off it to get one flat side (http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f291/chewie66666/bender/cid_187.jpg) then i centred and drilled it out to 25mm (http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f291/chewie66666/bender/cid_185.jpg) then i used the live centre to set the tool tip out to 3 inch (yes i do mix my measurements) and scribe a mark for the drive pivot holes (http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f291/chewie66666/bender/cid_186.jpg) next step is to mark and drill pivot holes and then turn the 32mm semi-circle onto the outer edge good fun Title: Re: chopper builders handbook bender Post by: Manky Monkey on April 05, 2010, 10:17:27 PM I've no idea what's going on here, but I like shiny stuff. :P
