Title: New Toy for the Workshop Post by: morrag on February 28, 2010, 06:21:17 PM Persuaded my Missus to buy me an early birthday present today, as these were on sale in Aldi for £20-00, nicely made, 1/3 HP and 3K rpm, tidy stone for the grinding of your drills and lathe tools, and a reasonable multipurpose, and multi use! linisher belt, half way tidy for the money, and releases my heavier grinder for a polishing wheel, opposite the wire wheel, so there you go, a result! Title: Re: New Toy for the Workshop Post by: morrag on March 16, 2010, 11:12:49 AM Well, at £20 Chewie, its really not worth the bother, although in the past I have made, and still use many of my bits of workshop equipment, including my bench grinder, but today, imported gear is very inexpensive compared with previous times, so.....spend the time on something useful instead, I know, what about a 'Swedish' style Vee-Dub trike! now there's a thought......................
