Sorry if I seem a bit stoopid, it's not intentional, it just happens!!!!

Obviously if the conversion required an MSVA then hazards would be needed, cos you have to comply with current regs. If we are talking bolt on conversion, you still need the wheelplan changed on the V5C, i`ve not done one since the change in regs, but i`d say that if they record the date of the wheelplan change, then yes, hazards would be needed, because again, the new wheelplan change would have to meet with current build regs. Just my thoughts on the subject though, unless anyone knows different. |
