Title: MSVA QUERY.... Post by: ROD on December 06, 2009, 08:26:35 PM I presume when doing the msva test the handlebars are held on full lock, left and right to see what the 'sausage' on wheels touches? In my case the footpegs are protruding past the handlebar when on full lock,so I will have to radius the peg ends to suit . Are some builds having trouble with the carb /airfilter/bellmouth fouling? And is this why they have been turned to face front? I calculate that with the bars on full lock (which brings them parallel to the frame top tube) I could still get a 4" bellmouth on my carb, without fouling the 'sausage' on wheels.

Anything outside that area should have a radius on the edge. Title: Re: MSVA QUERY.... Post by: tbone on December 06, 2009, 10:11:32 PM So push your feet to the edge of the pegs and point your knees outward ;D
