Is this an Easter Egg run or a cash donation run? For those that don't know, Easter Egg runs, as well as Christmas toy runs, are a staple part of biker life. Check the 'net & you'll probably find one near you. It's basically a good excuse for a get-together & a mass ride-out, with the added bonus of doing your bit for those less fortunate. As the name suggests, Easter Egg runs require you to arrive with an egg, (or 2 or 6), to donate to the chosen charity, school etc, at the end of the run. Apparently you're not allowed to eat the eggs enroute yourself. :( A former girlfriend & I organised one of these runs on behalf of our local MAG, (Motorcycle Action Group), branch a few years ago, so I know just how much hard work goes in behind the scenes. If you're at a loose end & fancy a ride, go & support your local run. Guess that's why they call it Easter Bunny run rather than egg run. Seems more useful to me but then I'm an old grouch who thinks easter eggs are a terrible waste of money!
