More likely gold plated. Can't see the welder turning up with a load of gold welding rods! Joking aside. Money to some people is NO object. Personally, I don't object to money, at all. I was kicking around the idea of powdercoating the new build with an Aerocoat CHROME OR METALLIC, SAY BRASS...ALL OVER. Always liked the old Brough Superiors.
