Title: nice but going to the wrong home
Post by: dracken1 on July 28, 2008, 12:27:15 AM
this engine was bought in for checking as it would'nt fire up. it read as a 2.2 litre s model.
but after cc'ing it and checking cam lift duration etc, it turns out it is a 2.2 crank case with a 2.4 crank barrels heads etc. and the cam is a lowly one not an s model. so instead of 200 bhp its only 150bhp.

but its going into an immaculate vw splittly camper and not were it should be IN... A TRIKE

OH AND AS FOR NOT FIRING UP.. DIZZY WAS 180 DEGREES OUT :)

That's purdy Wynne. I reckon it'll need a sturdier mounting than that old wooden trolley when it's in the van though.
