Yeah. Don't like it without sugar but 1 spoon is too sweet so somewhere in the middle is good. Manky can have my Jaffas though.

Just been for a wander down the garden with Mrs Manky.
It's suddenly gone very dark & damp out there. I reckon there's a storm a brewin as well as your coffee. The bats are out & you can hear the peacocks squaking on the other side of the woods. Spooky.

You have bats! Cool! we used to have one living in the eves of the roof, at dusk he/she would spend hours flying the garden in circles.

We don't know where they come from but every evening you can see them flying about. On a good night you can see several or hear them if you can't see em.

Don't do it! They are a pain in the bottom and flippin noisy when they get going. One got bannished from the estate as it attacked cars, well it attacked it's reflection that was on the cars. Did a bit of damage so got sent to Hampton court as the keepers know someone who works there. If you can catch one then go for it.  :)

They roost in the trees around the horse stables at night. Weird to see such a big thing flapping up into the branches
-the pheasants, not the horses.

Don't know as when they are in the trees, unless they make a noise, you wouldn't know they were there.

Would they be horse chestnut trees? The birds round here make enough mess of our cars, let alone 'orses.

When I went to the Brownsea Island Open Air theatre, the peacocks all yelled like mad every time the audience laughed or applauded, they didn't stop till it got dark when presumably they went off to roost.
