hmmm now - my point thanks for the piece in BSH - many many many thanks ;D loved this month's issue - especially the tech bit - had me enthralled - and now inspired ( but don't tell Taff) so do we know this P Bridges person - have they an internet alter ego?? thanks again Blue - you done us proud ;D Title: Re: many thanks mistress blue Post by: summer on November 04, 2005, 10:38:36 AM tech bits are my faveourit lol
am gonna try different frame designs now to be a bit radical and push the engineering to the limit - I notice that some frames have a curved support bar at the top (what? it has a proper technical name d'oh) and I want to try different metal designs to lighten the frame - ha ha - how about I-bar aka girders - oooooooooooo Title: Re: many thanks mistress blue Post by: Manky Monkey on November 04, 2005, 12:20:15 PM Remind me to be unavoidably busy when you want that built!
If you want something radical & well engineered try emailing my brother Steve the drag racer. He's annoyingly clever at that kind of stuff. He's talked of trying out weird & wonderful design ideas on a trike & likes a challenge so might come up with something if you ask him nicely.
