Hi Guy's the trike is very well put together by carters custom motorcycles  I just went for the trip as there was beer and food on offer. don't know much about the trike but it's very loud and Dave bummer's boss love's it just what he was looking for.

What more could one want in life eh great trike with a reliable xv750 ! Having been the proud owner of many viragos i speak from experience and can honestly say that they are one of the most reliable bikes around.I still have an xv750 she has never let me down even though i spend minimal maintenace on her  ;D 8)

It's just a matter of what you like - for some reason I have never liked them.  Someone invited me to sit on his cos he thought I'd change my mind but it just made me dislike them even more!

Now a Dragstar..........!

Hi B.G.DRAGSTAR I HEAR YOU SAY ??  my x hubby had one of those he soon went back to the 1100 virago after finding out how gutless it was but, then i spose that it's to be expected as the engine is a bored out 535!

Well a 650 Dragstar would be gutless compared to an 1100 Virago - but I was thinking more of the 1100, always fancied triking one of them!

To trike or not to trike my virago 750 that is the question that i keep asking myself. Not too sure if i have done enough "solo"miles yet.I owned a cx500 and stupidly got rid of it as could'nt afford to keep the two bikes, with hindsight i wish now that i had triked the cx500. :(

Trouble with the CXs, they make wonderful trikes but they're all getting a bit long in the tooth now.  Better off triking the Virago but don't do it while you still want to be on 2 wheels unless you can afford a bike as well.  Trikes are absolutely brilliant for rallies cos they can carry loads of luggage and they don't fall over on muddy fields!

My xv750 is 24 years old roughly same age as my old cx500. I'm just not too sure if a trike is what i want to ride all of the time. I have ridden a trike in the past and did'nt like the fact that i was stuck in traffic whilst mates could white line it. :-\
