Title: Sucker Monkey
Post by: tazet on October 31, 2007, 03:32:30 PM
We I had to get one, how could I not  ;D

Did a little clothes change of T-shirts with the Manky Bear and now he is properly dressed to be stuck to my car window. I did have to re -sew the suckers on as the shirt would not fit over them.

She doesn't drink tea, but we had to buy a dirty great box of tea bags just so she could get the free Monkey -& you think I'm daft! :P

Note. White shirt  ;D I washed it which was entertaining in itself as it's so small.  ;D

Looks like you washed the logo right off it -or is that faded in a trendy retro kinda way? You didn't put the washing machine on just for that did you?!

The Logo is a little faded and no I did it in the sink. I took the pic with my phone and it's not great at close ups.

Dave and I drink huge amounts of tea.  The only time our kettle is cold, is when we're out.  My parents went to the cash and carry the other day and bought us a massive bag of pg tips tea bags.  1650 of them.  ;D  plus some nice buns.  :D

Come & see us at the cottage & we'll make you as much tea as you like!
No more shirts I'm afraid Fred.
When I first looked into having merchandise done, (Janie's suggestion), I contacted a couple of companies & one of them sent some samples. I got 6 bears, a couple of mugs & 6 mouse mats. Most were sold on our stand at the Shepton Mallet show I think. Taz has got the very last bear & mat, but as you can see, the shirt print was just a transfer -not the quality we expect for MMMotors merchandise!
Visit the main site & buy some today!

Lovely, lovely stuff (http://www.mankymonkeymotors.co.uk/merchandise.html)

If you are unsure them pm the picture to manky for approval. I can't see why a tattoo can't be posted but you have to remember this is a fluffy family site  ;D

I'll do my own lunch thanks. :D
Buy a sweatshirt & you can do what you like to it!
We need a decent photo of the front & one of the back, one being a guy wearing a shirt & the other a girl to show they're unisex, plus I'd like one to be posing with a car & the other with a bike or trike to appeal to both factions of the custom scene, as the website hopefully does.
Sleeves pushed up to the elbows would work, but if we cut one off, (the sleeve, not the arm), people will think that's how we're selling them!

I find the artwork fascinating but too wussy to ever get one done! Plus it's the thought that it's there for life. A big commitment. I've yet to find any image I want to look at for that long!

Muppet! Everyone knows you only have badger in sandwiches, or occasionally on toast with a little Branston pickle.
