Yep remember them and the Fantic Calibalero 50, Fantic Chop thing, Suzuki AP50 but never owned a 50 until the other week when I was given a Honda Camino 50 "Chicken Chaser" smallest bike I owned back then was the Honda 90.

yes i remember all them ,and yes we really are that old. my first bike was a gilera tourer. There was a load of mopeds from the mid seventies that had been restored and was up for sale at the stafford county show ground classic bike show a couple of weekends ago,and they was all over 2 grand and upwards. :o

There's a local guy here who shows up at all the local shows on an immaculately restored purple Fizzy. Must admit, it is kinda cool in a quirky, retro kinda way, but looks a bit odd with a 6 foot 4 bloke riding it.
I bypassed the whole moped thing -my first bike was a tatty little CB200 Honda, which I luvved & rode to death. A truly wondrous machine. :D

You think 6ft 4" on a fizzie is odd, my mate Pluto was about that size but about 18 stone on a CB200 and rode it till it died

I went through a spell of wanting to restore a Fizzy.  Now I can't decide what to do about my RXS100 - whether to restore it to its original looks, or whether to attack it with a can of mattblack!
