Not trying to diss you, Lady Muppet.
I spent too many hours standing on a freezing school field hoping someone would either pass me the football, or chuck a rugby ball at me to be passionate about the games.
I don't like any sport really, and would rather be making something.

Yup, a good result. not really a ball fan but rugby is at least a real man's game.

You're not allowed to shoot rugby players are you? That'd make it more interesting.

The World Conker Championship's on in Ashton, Northants next weekend.
They get up to 4,000 spectators apparently.

Take a look at us lot Lady M -do any of us look like we have any sporting prowess whatsoever?! We'd struggle with TiddlyWinks, let alone Rugby.
And yeah, I did that standing on a freezing cold, rain swept rugby pitch, waiting to be mown down by the opposition thing at school too. Believe me, it puts you off the game for life.
Now, where'd I put me conkers?

It was alright for the girls, they had hockey to play. Nothing like bashing someones ankles ( or head ) with a big wooden stick.

I managed to leave my school the year before they started playing hockey.  Netball was bad enough!

petrol head me... when i was a child i may have tried to be interested in footy and rugby but my father wouldnt have any of it,he'd even switch the tv off if i had it on the tv :( so had little choice in those days. petrol head stuff was all my doing and done out side the home as thye  wouldnt let have motorbikes so id keep um in other m8s garages...just glad ive not brought my kids up in that way :)

I like rugby!   A game for men with odd shaped balls.  ;D

I loved sports as a kid. 
Did gymnastics for years, at one time I was going 6 days a week! was in many club competitions, still got my medals and certificates.  Also did ballet, still got the medals and certificates and tap dancing.  Played hockey, rounders and trampolining at school.

Hated netball! just wasn't tall enough to shoot, I was always given the attacking roles as I could run fast, just couldn't jump high enough.  :(

Hello Janie...phew what a relief to find another rugby fan. I was beginning to think I was the only one.

Admit it girls, it's got bugger all to do with the game, just the sight of all those mud splattered, muscle bound fellas! You're just attracted to all that testosterone.
Now woman's beach volleyball, that's a fascinating sport.  ;D
