as a qualified instructor the only thing i can think of of failing through this is not being in full control of the vehicle which is shi!te!!!, if he was raising the visor due to it steaming it up i cant think of what hes done wrong..... contest it...... but make sure youve got the full story first ;) Title: Re: Boy failed :( Post by: VALLEYSBOY on October 10, 2007, 08:45:03 AM thanks all for the comments, with regards to my son we are basing it on ...he was the last 1 of the day..it was peeing down and instuctors do have a quarter that they fail..his helmet is legal ive checked and complaining isnt going to give him a pass now in fact it could alienate him for his next go but were not going to use the flip up part if it is raining " i told my son to just run him over next time" and if asked why he can say well they failed me for raising it the last time :) "sorry dad's rant over again" :)
