Bobbi's right -I know nuffink! I own the site & provide most of the material but the magnificent Mr Yoda handles the techy stuff on my behalf.
If he's still having problems, send your mate's user name to Yoda at the email address on the Contacts page, explaining the problem, or PM it to me & I'll pass it on.
