It just feels like I'm that old sometimes. Had a nice quiet day after spending the weekend with the kids and while I won't be entering any marathons, I am certainly feeling a bit better. Managed six hours sleep last night, (first time since Christmas) so it looks like Chardonnay followed by a dram or two of Glenlivet may be the answer.
