Lots of these on the evil bay, and very cheap. SO, anyone ever have dealings with them? Tempted for my kit car project seeing I have no speedo drive in the gearbox. Any help gratefully accepted as always ;)

Be wary of those that are really cheap.
Will the project need IVA. If it does read section 17 of the M1 IVA manual before buying. For instance, those that have a  power supply (battery) other than the vehicle are not allowed.

Well I bit the bullet and spent a few quid on a decent one. Now I have to learn how to wire it all together, could be sending smoke signals soon  :D

It sort of works, lots of bits on it that I haven't got to yet. Trying to calibrate it but its got a tad wet down 'ere. Its got an oil sump measure that I'm hoping may work on my fuel gauge, rev counter OK, temp gauge and oil pressure but no sensors for them. Speedo is working from pulse of magnet on prop shaft at present. I'm doing 80 up my drive  ;D ;D

Iv fitted 3 of those now..all bought from digital speedo uk..very helpful and they seem ok but you may have to use more magnets and fiddle around with settings for a while ?

Does it always show the speed while showing other functions ?

It does always show the speed and revs. I haven't got the other functions working yet, but that's a good thought. Its mainly the speedo that I need, but with other things available I thought I should see what it can do. Will update once its hard wired in.
