Difficult to say but I recon most value is in the car in the garage that the v5 relates to.
The 'hotrod' I would probably break/cut up for body spares and sell/junk the rest (except perhaps the V8 and box)or swap the best bits and sell the modified one on.
Depends a lot on the condition of the original ford chassis.

Forgetting the ramifications of the 8 points system ( under which this car would be illegal) the most important consideration on purchasing any modified vehicle is whether it is already registered as Historic. If it ISN'T , and modified to this extent , then it simply won't be accepted and will require BIVA . O already registered Historic vehicles you MAY have future problems , on something that is down as PLG instead of Historic you WIL become with discussions with DVLA.

Exactly why I think the registered car would be the one worth doing Mr Kapri sir.
Not necessarily restoration as it could still be a cool modified (within limits) car.

well thanks for the input. I have spoken to the guy and there are several "grey" areas. So after a bit of oohing and ahhing decided to save my pennies. Who was it who used to say "its good to talk"?
