I should have been there but didn't make it - got carted off to hospital the day before with some odd symptoms. Sent home with a clean bill of health but the family weren't keen on me riding 80 miles yesterday and I thought maybe I've given them enough to worry about lately.... definitely going next year though! My health was fine - I'd have been betteroff riding to Salisbury yesterday than going to the cardiacrehab exercise class today - the one for people with mobility problems - they wanted me to walk faster. Sigh........
