For those that don't know, this was the world's first purpose built race track and dates from 1907.

The Brooklands team said it would be fired up later in the day, so decided to pop back later on the see & hear the broad-arrow Y 16, 24 litre burble into life. (Y format of cylinders - 3 banks of 4)
This machine holds the outright track record when it was owned and driven by John Cobb.
