That's always been our ( ACE) concern . No MOTs for the NEW definition of Historics is under discussion currently , only 30 years old and totally standard. Also so countries you have to lodge a travel plan several weeks before using the vehicle ! Also in EU cities that have emission zones they ARE allowed in but have to have a 'passport' that confirms that they are totally standard.
