Before we left Beaulieu one of the staff informed us the number of toy cars had reached 23,000 well over the last record of 9,235 , the line of cars travelled all round the inside of the museum and out through several doors and round the grounds of the estate, where the line of cars crossed a path staff were on hand to replace any cars that were dislodged from the line. All funds collected today through raffles and rides in exotic cars were for the Charity Naomi House & Jacks Place Hospice. I bought a bus and a car from Popham (50p each) and then donated them to Beaulieu to add to the line. Here is my bus playing its part (not sure where my car went).
