Post by: Olds on February 09, 2014, 09:14:04 AM It' just a cover for the starter motor and associated wiring. The later starters like mine are the pre engaged type, with a big solenoid attached. This hit my ankle and also looked pugly.

Just a wee suggestion regarding the fuel pump . If that is the plastic top version I would change it soon as possible due to the fact that a good few owners have had the pipe stubs come loose and , in one case I know of , detach completely !!! :o . What is a scantily clad female ???? ;D . . |
