Instead Of: "She's a f**king power-crazy bitch."

3.Try Saying: "Perhaps I can work late."
Instead Of: "And when the f**k do you expect me to do this ?"

4.Try Saying: "I'm certain that isn't feasible."
Instead Of: "f**k off you arsehole !"

5.Try Saying: "Really ?"
Instead Of: "Well, f**k me sideways with a telegraph pole !"

6.Try Saying: "Perhaps you should check with............"
Instead Of: "Tell someone who actually gives a f**k !"

7.Try Saying: "I wasn't involved in the project."

Several of those sound familiar! I work in a busy Royal Mail sorting office with a couple of hundred people struggling to get the Mail out on time every morning. A mainly male environment, so the language does get a bit ripe, but the women are often worse than the blokes!

I'm starting to understand that!  Life drives you to try and express your frustration with every damn thing just to get it out of your system!

Funnily, the environment I work in its usually the "try saying" versions I hear. I'd love to be able to say the originals from time to time, there again, I need my job :(
