No. At the sort of rake you have girders should work better than teles. It's difficult to be accurate but from the pic it looks like you have about 6" of trail and I'm guessing that the steering tends to flop up to walking speed and gets heavy at over 30mph. Fitting a set of girders or leading link forks designed for the trike should allow you to push the wheel forward, reducing trail and lightening the steering. Title: Re: another front end??????????? Post by: digger06 on August 02, 2013, 04:36:04 AM it flops about at standstill, but its not heavy at speed,
girders sound good, i thought they maybe wouldnt be ok at that angle Title: Re: another front end??????????? Post by: triker_Chewie on August 02, 2013, 04:47:23 AM (http://www.marksgarage.net/1972%20harley-davidson%20ironhead%20sportster%20hardtail%20build/harley-sportster-hardtail.jpg)
