Title: Re: mudguards Post by: kapri on June 11, 2013, 10:49:11 PM I can give you chapter and verse on legality if you wanted. I'll jstt say worse case scenario is that a disgrunteed cop, or VOSA officer ,can put you on a 4 wheel lift recovery at the point where he stops you and send you for a fresh MOT to prove the fault has been corrected .Not that you need an MOT for a pre 60 vehicle nor are they actually required for an MOT :o
Title: Re: mudguards Post by: spanners on June 11, 2013, 11:11:27 PM i spent an afternoon ,mocking up, the mudguards i,d planned for ,EMILY, only for them to end up half way up the garden where they landed when i got disheartened with them ::) ::)
now i,m unshure what to do ,, Title: Re: mudguards Post by: poprodder on June 12, 2013, 04:31:48 PM if you had skinny x-plys i'd say not bother, but they're big old radials which will pick up stones etc lots of spray so i'd fit them.
