From the link it looks like they are running it as a private club event. If you have a vehicle that meets their criteria you can join the VHRA and then apply to run from what ican tell. Although my other half is building his modified to race there and I'm crewing, I can't race. :( Can't join the VHRA because the '32 doesn't meet the membership criteria. Or most other hot drinks. I don't drink alcohol either -not cos I've got some moral objection to it, I just don't like the taste, or the effects. I'm a tee-totaller who doesn't like tea.
