you may remember I have an NSU 1200tt motor amongst the future projects pile with plans to build a motorcycle around it, well I have now found the inspirational picture to use as a base for the build when I finally get the time to start on it... an FN4.... 8) 8) 8)

That's nice that is. Love the idea of an in-line 4 bike. My favorites are the Indian 4 for style and the Nimbus for being different, not come across the FN before.

  ;D
But that would be too easy ;) and I believe the man wants air-cooled, none of this new fangled water cooling malarky on a bike.

I think that looks ace and the nsu would be a good engine for a project like that. Are you going to make the frame and forks from scratch yourself or get a set of forks off a old bike.
The frame tubing would look better a bigger dimeter in my opinion. Looks a very cool project this when are you planning on starting it?
I like the idea a lot and will when i clear the decks here start something like it, i think its a brilliant idea, and would be great to use and all your own work. Love IT ! ;)
