Title: Name that bootlid Post by: Manky Monkey on December 17, 2012, 09:33:11 PM A guy down the road from Loony's workshop dropped this in today. Apparently he found it on the verge outside his house. He left it there for a few days & no-one claimed it so he thought we might be able to make use of it.
Just out of curiosity, any idea what it's from? I thought perhaps Ford 100e? Loony Senior reckons 1960s BMC, (Austin, Morris etc). The blue looks like it's original colour. Wonder how it came to be on the roadside? Passing scrap lorry? Even I'd notice if the boot fell off my car!
