"My father is the middle-most biker with the somewhat ill-fitting sunglasses, and the photo was taken in 1961 in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Dad was seventeen at the time and had run away from home. He joined a traveling carnival, ended up working in a circus, then took up with a group of bikers. I think these were the Devil's Dozen. From memory, that leather jacket was stolen and it was the police that discovered this who sent him back on his way home to Bathurst, NSW."
