Title: Seeing RED! Post by: The North on September 17, 2012, 05:37:40 PM I am doing my Austin Devon Red, i have been busy on the old thing and its looking good i want to spray the inside and inner wheel arches inside the wings door shuts with the body colour, i am at the point now where i have to decide on a RED.
Now Having Been Exclusively JAGUAR BRITISH RACING GREEn on all the Marlins this past years, i am out of touch with REDS, so want advice. Ever since i saw Steve Greens MK1 Cortina and that rough yorkshire lad asked him what Red is it mister Audi Tornado red was the reply i painted everything RED that colour. Now is that still the Red above all other REDS, Or do you know a one i should use instead and seriously take a look at. What RED! Please. Title: Re: Seeing RED! Post by: Manky Monkey on September 17, 2012, 06:51:05 PM Post Office red!
Title: Re: Seeing RED! Post by: The North on September 17, 2012, 08:00:08 PM ;D ;D Well you are biased ;D There are lots of reds sickly Vauhall carmine red like one of my marlins is painted in at the moment :( It aint nice. I do like audi Tornado but there are others some on old fiestas i dont know the name of and theres a seat colour too looks right But colour charts dont tell a true story if i have some names types of cars they have it on i stand a chance of finding an even better colour than tornado. Finiky gitt aint i. ;D Its got to be right this car i am only doing it once and i dont intend selling it ever.
