Title: Alloy Fuel Cell
Post by: voodoo on March 25, 2010, 01:05:16 PM
Anyone know a place that make the Alloy Race fuel cells/tanks?......Had the idea for a while now of having one of these made up to go on the wifes trike so we can use a dummy petrol tank for the clocks and electrics...The idea is to have a slim one made that can sit under the rack/back seat area on the trike that will hold about 4/5 gallons.....Appreciate any help or info on these...Voodoo...
Same sort of thing as this pic but only about 5" high wanted and filler in a different place..

Could try 'cobavalleycycles', they advertise on Fleabay, but their stuff looks to be of a decent standard? just a thought

What is the law / requirements for fuel tanks, ive seen some that are very exposed on trikes, so is it just a case of what they are made out of that matters, wouldnt mind having one of the back of my trike just as a permanent place to store extra fuel.
