Yup, must be a common reaction -I remember thinking, My God, I've created a monster!
I don't think those first couple of wobbly rides around the block are ever how you imagined they'd be.
Once you adjust your riding style & get used to their idiosyncrasies though, trikes are a lot of fun!

Thanks guys, don't know if any one else has heard anything but the tester at the Vosa centre said that they are closing the sites down, some before the end on this tax year?

Yup, been much discussed here & elsewhere, though no-one's quite sure how the system will operate after that.

Grin Road legal at last, passed mot no problem and less than an hour at Lincoln DVLA office came out with paperwork to get numberplate and a years road tax. Very impressed with the inspector at Lincoln, been very helpful from obtaining a vin number back in March until completing the registration today.

If he'll be looking for a job soon, maybe it'd be nice to drop him a quick line, thanking him for his efficient, helpful service.  Wink
Well done chap! In the words of Billy Connolly- one more of us, one less of them. Another fully legal custom build on the road.
When do we see some pics of the happy owner on his first road trip then?
