I've already posted this in the Hotrod section, but thought I'd put it here too for those that don't read that bit.
If you haven't been keeping up, Lunatic & I have been building a Ford Pop pick-up at his paintshop in Basingstoke, Hampshire for the last couple of years.
He began by lending me a corner of his workshop to build it in for a few months & I've been there ever since. Although I own it, the truck's become a joint project, with more or less equal input of work & ideas. I've already promised that once it's finished he's free to use it whenever I'm not.
He took a day off from the 'shop today to add to his growing tattoo collection, then sent me these pics of the results.
Now that's what I call commitment to a project!
He says:
It was done by Alex Simpson at Jon Nott bespoke tattoo in guildford, Surrey. I booked it the day the truck passed the sva, had been planning it for a while. I wanted a hotrod on there and I figured why have someone else's when I could have the one we built! My body is a temple, it just needs a coat of paint!
