Not me, but I had looked into this a little bit.
I assume that you are thinking of the Hijet or Piaggio Porter. Think the axle ratios available over here are 4.444:1  4.875:1 or 5.125:1 depending on model. Recon these might be too low geared, for use with a motorcycle trike even with tall rear wheels.
