We were throwing some ideas about tonight at the NABD meet, and wondered if anyone's ever triked one of the big scoots?  Suzuki Burgman or Yamaha Majesty?

And are the big ones twist-and-go or do they have gearchange the same as a bike?

That's an interesting idea. I'm sure I've got a piccie somewhere of something along those lines at the Manchester You've been NAB'D show. Or maybe it was the Ace Cafe trike day earlier this year on the NABD stall. If so it'll be in the appropriate pages in Rally/Show Photos. Still sorting out my photo files after killing my laptop.

Found it! Was parked in front of the NABD stall at the Ace Cafe trike day earlier this year. Presumably it belongs to a NABD member?

As if by magic it's sorted. A highly trained team of crack SAS web monkies swung into action to bring the site up to speed again -& you didn't even notice them.

Well I like the look of the yellow one but it would be absolutely no use to me - have any of you seen the amount of stuff I tale when I go rallying?

Where would I put the kitchen sink?

I know just how much gear you take Bobbi -I've lugged half of it around a campsite for you remember!
Put the sink in one of these trailers. Saw this idea several times around the site of the Manchester NABD do. Obvious but it had never occurred to me. Car roof-top boxes make perfect trike trailers. Lightweight, aerodynamic, stylish, waterproof, lockable & they come in several colours & sizes. I've got absolutely no use for one cos I never go camping but still quite fancy one of the long thin torpedo shaped ones. Big enough to pile all the bike gear in, the tent if I had one, a week's shopping, spare car battery hooked up to the sound system & disco lights, fridge, kitchen sink.... Wink

I quite fancy one of them but it must be a bit of a bugger when you pull into a car park .........

Well just get a little one then! Halfords sell loads of different sizes. We've got a local trailer specialist here who sells the wheels, hubs, tow hitches, lights etc. Wouldn't take much work to knock up an "A" frame to sit it on & away you go. Forget the sink -when you get to the campsite fill it with water, run a pipe from the trike exhaust into it. Instant warm jacuzzi.
