Nice. Wizzy would be the lady to chat to about cammyras, but I'm not sure she does digital.
I recently sold my old Nikon -had it nearly 20 years. A lovely piece of kit. Battered but very well used. Was just too big & bulky to lug about though -like carrying a housebrick around with you, & no use for the site either, so just bought a little pocket Fuji digi camera instead.

Jonnyfp,

Digital is the very work of Beelzebub himself. But if you've got to have one, then you can't go wrong with Canon's EOS range. I use all EOS equipment myself, and it's brilliant. It's cheaper to buy and maintain than Nikon, and it outranks comparable Nikons in quite a few areas.

It's alright, we're engaged, (don't tell Beccy  ;)).
Written me that piece on your MG yet?

was I supposed to? did I agree to do that, or was it Kris?

cos you need to know he thinks I can read his mind sometimes - never tells me anything d'oh

if it was me, then you need to know that my once keen memory is now rather like a saturated sponge - yep, my brian is soggy

anyway, would you like the write-up on the current MG which just sits outside getting wet and not being driven anywhere ever, or would you prefer a write-up of my previoius MG which went on rallies, won night rallies, entered charity stuff at Croft and was my only means of transport for 2 years??

sebring replica

you know you want to  ;D

You've got a soggy Brian?
Yus please Missus, the rallying one sounds interesting. 500 or 600 words & a few photos on my desk by Monday please.  ;D Seriously, I'm always trying to encourage others to contribute something -gives a bit more variety & makes it more interesting if there's more than one voice here. Write as much as you like, about just about anything you like, & email it to Yodie. tell him I sent you! How about a bit on your wedding? I keep meaning to write that up. Got lots of photos of it in the NABD report but no real explanation. I wrote a little bit on your Kwacka trike but you could always add to it -or rewrite it if you prefer. Sharpen up your crayons & get scribbling!
By the way, I think most of Southern England have seen Jonny's arse, not just me. I think it's his standard greeting in polite company, which should endear him to Beccy's parents! :o

Asked you for an MG write up in the "Rust Bucket" thread in General Discussion. Knew I had somewhere but took me ages to find it again!

Honest opinion?

The first one is ruined by the electric cables, the other two need to be much sharper to impress - that gleam of sun for instance, need to be more exaggerated.

(They're all great pics for a personal album, I'm commenting on them re photographic excellence.)

You might like to have a look Here (http://www.southernscenicphotography.co.uk/index.html)

They're a bit over-dramatic for my taste but it's the quality of the pictures that impresses me.

Yeah i know what you mean about the blurring but the cables i quite liked like some ww1 thing goin on  spose.

This was the site of one of Cromwells last battles.
Edgehill in Warwickshire and is said to be one of the only recognised Haunted site by a british government.

Official secrets act says i cant tell you that you currently looking over 'DMC' Kineton which only appeared on maps in the nineties.

Munitions dump apparently.

Cromwell's munitions dump? Wherever it is, it looks great. Nice composition. Very tranquil -or as tranquil as a munitions dump can be anyway! Liked the previous sunset piccie too.
