Grin Why thank you Doc. Mine's going to be a vintage glossy Silver like an old tractor.

40 years ago I used to work with old tractors but I never saw one in glossy silver, vintage or otherwise!

TT, I'm losing track, is that a Reliant diff, out of it's casing? Are you running it dry? Adding grease nipples?

Granada diff Andy. It's going to be closed and lubed.

Should be back home next week and ready for a bit of paint and wiring.

More when it's home.

The story up to now.

Some parts have not been purchased as yet and the re registration costs need to be added.

Just thought I'd give you all an idea of why I spend a lot of time at home and not out partying or doing bike shows. All my spare goes on this bugger until it's done.

I spoke to John today and he's got it back on 3 wheels. He's waiting for some wheel studs, the standard ones are too short because of the disc carriers. He's also looking for a cable for the hand brake, between 30 and 36 inches long. I am doing a bit of ebaying to see whats available.

Not too long now with a bit of luck.

Laters

Can't wait to see it! Have you tried Speedy Cables? They're in the Links for Commercial Purposes bit of the forum. They'll make any cable you like for about 20 quid.
