as title anybody used vinyl dye for a motorcycle seat ? the seat I have is a horrible brown  I want to dye it black

 :)hi mouse Smiley I,ve used dye,, not that effective wears off
with wear,, there's a couple of threads on u tube that show you
how to recover seat,, if you have a decent heavy duty stapler..
you may find most seats are   faux..

I couldn't get the colour vinyl I wanted for the inside of my last Kapri so bought Vinylcote mixed to order and sprayed my material before it was made into seats and interior. I also used all their correct prep materials . Paint is still on there after around 13 years of hard use and many miles Smiley
