I have owned a Fourtrak for ten years,It's done 165 thousand miles and the only things that have been replaced are brakes,and a radiator.And it also runs on veg oil.
We had ours 6 years it was Brilliant, Did 150 000 miles in it it had tyres and brake parts a starter solenoid removed a wire soldered in and replaced, and i ripped a hole in the big silencer driving over some scrap angle iron at the farm
Don't ask incipience played a part. Fantastic the fourtraks proper workhorse, why they ever stooped making them i will never know.
