With the forum being down for the last week I'd completely forgotten to give the Manky Mob a mention for their appearance in the new issue of Back Street Heroes. Go & find it & have a look. Issue number 267.
Open your books to page 20, children, & stop talking at the back.
After perusing our own Wizzy's splendidly errudite worditure on the South West Bike Show, have a look at the big ol' orange trike on page 21. That's Mr Flap's that is! O.K, now flip to page 24. There's Nigel, ("Ska Man"), & Simon, looking very smart & corporate, as opposed to corpulent, in their MMMotors shirts, fiddling with Si's black trike. Another shot of the orange beastie on page 25. Above that is the smug mug of our very own Mr Yoda, web wizzard & wheeled wonder -I took that one, I took that one!
And what about yours truly? Page 21, on the far right of the main pic of Mick & Helen Clarke's "Ultimate Vision", I'm the finely honed young man with the camera -& my head cut off  Angry Thanks for that Wizz!  Tongue

On Flap's trike? Harr, ha, ha!! Whole species have evolved & died in the time it's taken him to build that thing. Should be finished some time in the next millennia.
Wizzy's been promised a feature for the mag but as she regularly points out, she was promised it last year too.  Cheesy

Just received the new issue of 100% Biker in the post, (issue 79).
Their South West Bike Show coverage also features the Manky crew.
The first shot on page 60 is of Nige's, ("Ska-Man"),'s  pride & joy, looking rather splendid in it's bright blue powdercoat.
Over the page on page 62 is a nice shot of the arse end of Flap's orange 'n' black beastie.
The text above it begins;
"Mankey, (mis-spelt even though the logo's clearly visible in the photos!), Monkey Motors from the Basingstoke area had a Reliant trike that was very orange & very sweet on their display. It wasn't alone, but was the most bitching amongst them & I hope to show you more of it in the near future".
-Too late. It's already promised to Wizzy & BSH.   Cheesy

It's more of an oily hand print than an autograph  Smiley
