Basingstoke hosts loads of festivals & rallies these days for all sorts of special interest groups. Everything from vehicle shows to martial arts expos to civil war re-enactments to music festivals to model railway exhibitions to flower shows.
This weekend it's the turn of the annual kite festival.
Open from 10 am till 5pm on Saturday & Sunday at the Down Grange sports fields, Pack Lane, just off the Brighton Hill roundabout. If you're looking for something a little different to try, this might be it.
