A MMMotors cake fest then!
Nomad's taking his Chevy -would be nice to meet him before he emigrates to France. He's been told by the organisers to get there early "because the carpark fills up by 9.00"  -I don't finish work till 11.00  Sad

We wont be there till about 12. Andy is the Post Office slug and takes twice as long as anyone else to do his delivery  Tongue  so we'll be parked several miles away.

Your passes will be on the gate, Yodie. (Any problems, speak to Woody or Gerry, or ring me if I'm not already there). Woody says he will be offended if you don't come.  Smiley

Got the bike insured today, so if I can get everything done in time I'll try & get it MOT'd before Saturday. Seems to be an awful lot of MOTing going on! Prodded a bit of loose filler on the petrol tank this evening -a chunk the size of a dinner plate & half an inch thick fell out. Bugger. Maybe I can make a feature of it!
Yup, if I end up in the van you're very welcome to join me Loony. I reckon we'll be following the Manky crew as backup with a van full of tools & spares.

Sounds like your van is the one that could do with the backup breakdown van.

No, no, no -the Isopon crater was in the side of the bike tank, not the van. The Fiesta's driver's door doesn't open from the outside, (an MOT failure point), & it takes a couple of attempts to start from cold, but otherwise it's suprisingly sound for a 10 year old builder's van. Was originally owned by the Basingstoke Hospital morgue & used to carry body parts around in -nice.
The bike needs tank, seat & side panels sorting before the MOT -& still not fired it up again to see if it's running on a full set of cylinders now.

See you there then Pete.
Small change of plan:
I don't need to take the van so will ride with Nige on the blue Reliant trike. As soon as I finish work in the morning we'll meet up at Flap's place. Lunatic's due to meet us with his mate in their pink Hillman -"the Gay Avenger", then we'll head up the M3 to Frimley & hook up with Jacko on his VW trike & Zelda on his bike. Hopefully Janie & Dave on their bikes too. I find Nige's pillion footpegs really uncomfortable so will jump ship & hitch a lift with Jacko from Frimley if he's got a spare pillion.
Then onwards to the big city.
