Here is the overall pic, starting to take shape now Smiley ... cant beleive it has changed so quick!, just goes to show if you put a little time in every now and then youll get it done still a year to go me thinks..lol

lookin' very nice......only thing i change would be to fit a bigger sprung seat, would blend in better wiv the fat stumpy look!!!

Might be worth having a word with Madron -his business is fibreglass moulding. I bought a large solo bike seat base from him a while ago & he took a mould from one of my truck seats -there's a pair of the fibreglass seats in Loony's workshop.
If it can be made in fibreglass he's the man to do it -& reasonably priced to.

they are jinlun boxes from a 125 very cheap off flea bay including frame which i modified slightly

Thermostat flange plate arrived, I'm converting an stainless polished handrail end into a thermostat housing which points to the rad inlet, just need 25mm tube to weld on, should look natty with the orange samco hose.. Smiley

I'll ask the fab shop down the road first but only need a 1 inch piece Smiley im very tempted to turn one out of of the 2 inch bar i have (so I get a bump for the tube to pinch into) but maybe thats over the top!.. Lol

new thermostat housing! stainless handrail end, a 1" pipe and a 4mm flange plate i had laser cut (have a spare if some one wants it) just waiting for the orange 45 degree samco hose, which is taking ages........ Smiley
