Been getting messed about by my insurance company the last couple of months and had just about enough of them so i was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent company that will insure chops and Trikes? atm I am with BikeSure through CarolNash.......In the past they have not been too bad even if they are a little bit on the expensive side, but this time they are stressing me out.
In the last 3 months I have had 4 letters off them threatening to cancel my Insurance on my Chop and Trike for one thing or another and finally had enough of it...I have separate policies for the vehicles so its costing me a fair amount..I did have a ring around but most companies wont Insure the Chop and the one's that would were after stupid money for it...any help appreciated...Voodoo.....

They are a brokers but specialise in bike insurance and I've used them for years. They are real people in a small office not a giant call centre. Might be worth a try.

I'm with Bikesure, won't touch Carol Nash cos they wanted some ridiculous amount with an excess that told me they weren't really interested in insuring me.

Think my renewal is about £120 this year.

Some of it depends on where you are and whether it's garaged - I win on both of those.  And mine is only TPFT, though I'm thinking about enwuiring how much it would be for fully comp.

voodoo this is my post from another forum , hope it helps

might be of some interest to those with a chop,

just got my renewal quote from bike sure and it came back £40.00 dearer than last year and after asking if they could do better they drop it down to the same as it was £ 225.13

tried a few companies on line and some were crap some didnt know what a chop was , but carole nash came back pretty good @ £ 163.25 - thought i would go for this then a company that i had tried last year done the your insurance is up for renewal and can we update your details they were called cool conections and ive got to say she did her job, she first tried to put me to bike sure which "i said been there already" and she put me through to insurance choice and they came back @ £ 129.45 - result saved £135.00  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

the lad i got was Russell and his number is 0844 557703

might be of help to someone

sorry if this post is against the rules of advertising and delete if needed but its ment to be consumer advice
